Pop up message when clicking on page

Every time I click on the a page in Safari I am getting this message: From “www.gettheguide.ca”:

How do I get rid of it?

Expanding on opening Safari with the shift key held down. Force quit Safari from the  menu and reopen with the shift key held down. If that doesn’t work, disconnect from the Internet, delete the web site from History, open Safari, and then reconnect to the Internet. See link for other suggestions.

Launch Safari holding the shift key down.

So this is not quiet a pop up, when I want to move to another page I get this every time and I have to click stay on page or leave and I never asked it to.

When I am using talk talk email account adds keep popping up how do I get rid of these
