Change App Store language without changing region.

I live in Switzerland and have my Apple ID and App Store region set to Switzerland with a Swiss credit card, address, etc. However, everything in the App Store is in German. I would like to set the language to English or French but I can't find how. When you select Switzerland there should be at least three options (German, French, Italian)...
