iOS 12.1.4 on 10.5-inch iPad Pro. "Settings app -> Mail item" Crashes Settings app

This 10.5-inch iPad Pro was set up by saving a backup from a 9.7-inch iPad Pro and the "restoring" that backup to the 10.5-incher in iTunes. All seems to be working fine.

First off, the "Mail" app itself seems to be working fine. It is the "Mail item" in the "Settings app" that crashes the entire "Settings app" every time I try to access it so I can modify items in the Mail app, itself. I have done the 'Hard Restart' by holding down the Power button and the Home button until the 'Apple' appears. No love there.

Would any of the 'Reset' options under Settings -> General -> Reset help this problem?

I'm at a loss, please help,
