Restarted Computer

Restarted my MacBook Pro last night and this happened. It was going slow so I restarted and it came up with this when I turned it back on. Please help I don’t understand.

Try restarting it again.


If no luck Boot into Recovery (Command R) and from the dropdown menu: Utilities>  Disk Utility> run the First Aid on your Macintosh HD. If errors are found and repaired, run again until no errors reported.


Recovery http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4718


You can Quit the Disk Utility and from the menu you can >Reinstall the macOS from this same "recovery" environment.


If command R does not work, Internet Recovery (option command R)



See where this leaves you on reboot.
