premium sms

There are no settings for any special/premium SMS on an Apple iPhone. The only thing that can be done as far as SMS/MMS on the iPhone is for the carrier to ensure that you have an SMS/MMS plan on your account. I've never heard of premium SMS when it comes to Apple. This appears to be a feature of either your carrier and Android, or just Android. This is not something in iOS.

From everything I found about "Premium SMS", it seems to be an Android Feature (or bundled with a Mobile Carrier App).

Many of the same features can also be found in iMessage SMS messages (which only works from iPhone to iPhone). If this is a feature offered by your Mobile Carrier, I'd talk to them to see if you need to use a special app on your iPhone to access those features.

Two different operating systems. Use whatever device meets your needs.
