My Mac keeps freezing

hi I have a macbook 12 inch intel core m3, 8 GB 1867 MHz LPDDR3 and it keeps freezing what steps should I do to make it stop freezing

MacBook, macOS 10.14

Please determine if the same problems occur in "Safe Mode": Use safe mode to isolate issues with your Mac.
