.ipa not visible in TestFlight

Yesterday I uploaded .ipa version was 1.0.36 for Testflight. Its got uploaded successfully and it was visible on Testflight with status processing... but once I refreshed that ipa was not visible in Testflight. And if I will try to upload again it was saying build version is already there so you can not upload with same build version. Could you please help me to resolve this issue?
