Messages from my bank about a purchase I didn’t make

I keep getting messages from my bank, that iTunes is trying to charge me with a purchase, that I didn’t make. ($34,98) I have checked my purchase history and didn’t find this number. I wanted to contact Apple Support, but when I clicked on the “Contact” link it said: we are sorry, we can’t help you right now. Even if this sum was blocked by Apple for whatever reasons, why does it ask me to pay it every day? What should I do?
