iPhone is heating up

My iPhone XR is heating up and when it does then the display dims so much I can’t even turn it up and then my battery dies faster sometimes even when I’m doing nothing on my iPhone, I checked the battery status and health and it looks like everything is good, plz help.

Heat My iPhone suddenly got heat and then a black screen appears with buffering Symbol and then get the home screen and tries to open it but it is very slow and then i wait 5 mins restarts my device again and everything is ok. i,ve noticed this issue since 3 months i bought my device in Jan and battery health is 100% what should i do in this case as i use it in my business daily ?

My phone gets very hot and the battery lasts too little time to tell a solution When i use my iPhone 6 it’s too heating and battery is about to die

Make an appointment and take it to the closest Apple Store for investigation/resolution.
