Deleted voicemail folder has disappeared

Help ! my deleted voicemail folder has suddenly disappeared from my voicemail box! Now my mailbox is full so no one can leave me a message and i have no way of deleting the older messages since I can’t find that folder!! anyone know to to fix this ? really would appreciate it. Thank you
