Recover deleted voicemail that is missing from deleted folder

My finger slipped while playing a voicemail and it deleted it. But in the deleted folder on the phone app it has all the other ones I deleted but that one is completely gone. Is there any other way to recover a deleted voicemail?

VoiceMail is a carrier specific service. The messages are stored at the Carrier's server end. Contact the Cellular Service provider and get to know the process of recovering from their server

Before that store all important voicemail on your iPhone and then delete from the carriers' server
