I have voicemails in my deleted folder I want to move back to the regular voicemail folder. I googled it but there is no "undelete" option. I am on current IOS with Iphone XS. Anyone know how to do that?

It can't be done. Deleted means gone forever.
I am not aware of a way to recover a deleted voicemail.
Those choices no longer appear. It may differ for other carriers, but it no longer appears on my iPhone 11 Pro using AT&T.
