iMessage & FaceTime

everytime I’m trying to activate my iMessage and FaceTime I keep getting error unavailable, how can I solve this, I even erased everything try it back fresh same problem... it just won’t allow me to add my local number I’m from Jamaica, my Apple ID email is there stuck on it ...

Are you using a supported carrier for the iPhone? If not, then it may be an issue with your carrier blocking the outgoing, or incoming SMS message to the Apple servers in the UK. See this for help with problems in iMessage and FaceTime activation. You will probably need to contact Apple Support, If you get an error when trying to activate iMessage or FaceTime - Apple Support
