I am having issues with purchases on this app with my new phone. It says to double tap on the side and nothing happens. I cannot purchase any books from this app. Now what do I do to get it corrected?
Are you tapping the side button on the phone rapidly. That is what is used for purchases, especially if you have the phone configured to use Face ID for purchases. Try that.
