When I try to get a book it says db click right hand corner but it will not work
I have an iPad Pro 4 when I try to purchase a book it says db click top right hand corner but when I do that nothing happens.

The double-click to which you refer is a double-click of the physical Sleep/Wake button.
This gesture is not a double-tap of the screen itself.
