Airdrop failure between iPhone 6s and Macbook

Dear Sirs,

Unfortunately I am unable to airdrop files from my iPhone 6s and my macbook. Bear in mind that it works the other way around (from the Macbook to the iPhone 6s).

Why doesn't my iPhone see my Macbook?
