Safari - can't get language to change back to English

Hi - I was testing something and needed to change my default language from English to Spanish on my computer and browser. I changed it back to English as the primary in my System Preferences and completely deleted Spanish. For some reason Safari is displaying everything in Spanish and I can't find how to change that back. The rest of my programs & menus on my Mac are all in English. Where do I change the language in Safari preferences?? Can't find this answer anywhere. Here's a screenshot
