Email stuck in outbox

I am unable to send email on my desktop Mac, running Mojave. This problem just started yesterday; it's been working fine until now. I can send email on my MacBook and other devices. I've tried troubleshooting advice from this community and the sources without success. What can I try? Any ideas are appreciated.
