please help to backup media files to icloud. there are a lot of important photos and videos that are needed. because because of the "recovery" all files are deleted. I need to make a backup to my icloud. help (icloud: ka*****@gmail)

Once the device is disabled, the data is no longer accessible. If you do not have a current backup, the content is lost. If you are using iCloud Photos, then the information that SravanKrA is correct. If you were not using iCloud Photos, then they are lost.
If the phone is disabled, it's too late to back it up. Anything that wasn't already backed up is gone.
Photos are backed up on iCloud. They are synced always.
So don't worry.
