Unable to buy any in-app purchases on Minecraft on my 2018 iPad.
I tried to buy a bunch of minecoins, but it doesn't go through and told me to go to here. Any help? I can purchase apps OK, but not in-app purchases...

You're not being told to come here, these are user forums. If you are getting a message to contact iTunes Support to do as instructed :
- go to http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/ww
- click on your country's flag (the country where you live, and which is therefore the country on your account)
- click on Contact Support towards the top right
- click on Get Help under 'Talk To Us'
