Green light caps lock don't work

Good evening to all, I have an old MacBook Pro mid 2010 with High Sierra. After installing the updates, the green light of the caps lock no longer works. Does anyone know how to fix this? Thank you all.

From >System Preferences>Keyboard>Input Source>Show input menu in the menubar/ Then from the icon drop down>Show Keyboard Viewer



Does it register the caps lock when pushed?



If so then the light itself has failed. Your options would be to live with it or take it in for repair.
