Iphone Xs battery capacity

Hi, I'd purchased my iphone Xs on November 2018 and I realized that my battery capacity drop to 99%. At that moment, I think it is normal until I found that the percentage drop 1% every month. Last checked on 25th Feb 2019 at apple service center was 97%, after 2 weeks which is 11th march 2019, it drops another 2%, 95% remaining. I have no idea what is the problem. Do you have any idea?

Protect you Battery:

  1. Put on Low Power Mode
  2. Put Auto Lock On (1 min)
  3. Put Auto Answer Off
  4. If you Want to watch continuous Video. Stream it on TV or a Monitor.
  5. Turning off Background App Refresh
  6. Charge before it drops below 20-30%
  7. Try connecting to Wifi in place of Cellular.
  8. Periodically Check your Battery Health (Settings > Battery > Battery Health)

It's not a problem. Batteries are consumables. They will lose capacity over time. The life of the battery is measured in full charge cycles, not clock time. A full charge cycle is 0% to 100%, or any combination adding up to 100%. For example, charging from 50% to 100% counts as half a full charge cycle, so doing it twice is one full charge cycle. The same applies to charging from 30% to 80% twice. Apple expects the phone to last for 500 full charge cycles to 80% battery capacity. If it reaches 80% while the phone is in warranty Apple will replace it under warranty. But you can have it replaced for $49 any time you want.
