Problem with bill

Please help me. 10.03.2019 from my card was used 59.9 dillar by itunes.com bill for 8 fit program. But there is a mistake I download and want to try the app only trial version, but then I know that for subscibtion after 14 days I should pay in order to use the program. But I I am not going to use the app and will not receive their services so I ask the seller to refund me money back because its by mistake so seller advised me to aply Apple because They don't have access to my payment data in order to process a refund. Now I am unsubscribed please help reach money back, not to pay for a product or service which I will not receive or will not use.

Purchases are considered final as you know, but you could try the 'report a problem' page to contact iTunes Support and see if they will refund you as a one-off : http://reportaproblem.apple.com
