Bank of America App

the app stopped working on my watch 4. I have tried everthing.. restarting, reinstalling, un pairing and re-pairing. All different combinations. The app either opens and gives me the gear circle but doesn't move... or it goes directly back to the face screen. Or I did get an error message once that said to try again later. Very frustrating. Any thoughts? could it be the BOA app/ server? The app works fine on the iphone but support told me that the watch app is different than the iphone app. Hoping that it is a temporary glitch.
