Hello! We have some kind of problem, please help us. My wife and I purchased a personal use for my daughter in connection with her undergoing chemotherapy with an iPhone 6s mobile phone imei in the BelUr organization. The site is e-auction.by, this organization is controlled by the President of the Republic of Belarus and the Ministry of Justice. There is a purchase receipt and sales receipt. The situation is the following, iCloud is not untied from the former owner, we contacted Apple tech support in Russia, but are reportedly ignoring us.

There is no opportunity to call from Belarus to Russia, since only citizens of Russia have the right to call by phone. Please help us, because the daughter is leaving for the next chemotherapy block and she needs to contact us. Her old iPhone 5 stopped working

I'm sorry, but if a used phone is Activation Locked Apple cannot unlock it for you even if you are able to contact them. Only the person who set the lock can unlock it, and if you are unable to contact them you will never be able to use the phone. In theory you should be able to return it for a refund as it is unusable but in the case of an auction your chances of this are very low.

In the meantime I would suggest buying the cheapest no-smart mobile phone you can find so that your daughter can at least make voice calls or send SMS messages.

I do sympathize with your situation but I can only tell you the truth: you are not going to be able to use that phone; there is no way whatever you can unlock it if you can't get in touch with the previous owner.

Our child has set a goal for himself to talk with his body in order to more easily undergo chemotherapy. We have promised that we will fulfill the dream of a new phone. so we knock at any gate for help
