On the 22nd day after I had backed up the data I brought the device back to icon siam Apple store again but this time your staff at icon siam say that this phone can't be repaired because the machine is from Japan.
So I called back to the Singapore Center. The staff couldn't help me at all and also Hang up on me!
Therefore want Apple to help fix it for me as well.
Despite the fact that I went to Japan on the 15th, the staff would advise me to deliver the device to Japan since the first time I will not lose the opportunity.
