how can I view Mac help window

I can't read all the detail in my Mac help window. The text goes past the box and can not move or change the box

iMac 27", macOS 10.13

Are there any add-on anti-malware or anti-virus tools installed?

Any browser extensions, or ad blockers?

Does the problem arise when booted in Safe Mode?

Yes and I can scroll up and down. The text from left to right is my problem. I can not read the text to the right and don't know how to see the text. Is there away to scroll to the right?

I have been trying to make the area wider to read more but that did not work. The box as I call it doesn't get bigger only smaller.
