Delete an email account

Before performing that operation, you need to be authorized by your company IT admin/supervisor.

If the account is created by a Profile (typical Exchange account), you need to delete the Profile. Find it in Settings > General > Profiles, near the bottom of General. Tap on it, and delete it.

Then: Settings>Accounts&Passwords... choose the account to delete and delete it.

Settings>Passwords & Accounts

Select the account.

Tap "Delete Account".

Settings > Mail > Accounts & Passwords > "Your Account" > Delete Account
