Since I have updated to iOS11 and now to iOS 12 I am having an issue, Arabic and Urdu fonts are not shown complete. I.e. the words are half cut.

I can't seem to duplicate your issue. Try restarting/resetting your device.
Do you have this problem when you type into Apple apps like Mail, Notes, Pages, Safari?
Yes I do have this problem, in apps, safari and pages. But in text msgs it’s working fine.
Even when I am writing Urdu over here I get the text not clear but mixed up.
