Chinese (Traditional) font became smaller and inconsistent after iOS 13.1.2

After system upgraded to 13.1.2, the system font that shows the Traditional Chinese characters is not the same as before. Please see the example image below. The Chinese characters are inconsistent in size. I suspect that it is using Simplified Chinese or Japanese character set as the location of punctuation marks are not following the standard rule. Please fix. Thank you.
