Touch ID

hi,

i just got the battery in my iPhone 7 replaced in Prague as it wouldn’t turn on and it’s capacity the last time I checked was 79%. Now that my phone is working fine usage wise, I’m having problems with Touch ID. it says “unable to complete Touch ID setup. Please go back and try again” and the “add fingerprints” feature is grayed out. I’ve seen many other problems like this in the support community but no solutions.
