Family Sharing - Parent/Guardian sees no content in TV app (Movies, TV Shows, etc)

We used to share the same apple ID for store purchases, but the walkie-talkie app on our watches won't allow us to do that. So, we separated out - she took over our icloud account, and I took over the itunes store account and started family sharing - added her icloud account as a Parent/Guardian with Purchase Sharing turned ON, but she is unable to see any content (movies, TV shows, etc) in the TV app using her phone.

She is signed into icloud and itunes using the same account - the exact one I added to our family sharing as a parent/guardian.

Will she not be able to stream our movies anymore from the TV app because of this change? Is there some reason she is unable to see literally anything besides content she's manually downloaded to her phone prior?
