Family sharing was set up using your instructions but we can’t see any of the iTunes TV show or movie purchases I’ve made over the years on my daughters iPad like I can on my own. Is the sharing system broken? How do we fix this?

I’ve successfully set up sharing parameters on my daughter’s iPad using my Apple account as the master but we can’t see any of my purchased content. We’ve tried everything. What is the fix for this malfunction?
