Downloading apps child restriction age 12

Child is over age 12 but will not let him download apps ages 12 and older. How can I change this,?

How do I change th age restrictions for downloading apps???? I need to change the age restrictions on my son’s phone, but am unable to. I have changed the AppleId birthdate, and Google birthdate but nothing is changing the restrictions on his account. It’s set at 12+ and I have it as my 37yo dob, but he is still unable to download anything over 12. Can someone please advise? THANK YOU!!

You have restrictions on. You need to turn it off in screen time
