SCAMMED! iTunes to Apple Pay?

I was scammed into buying $500 of iTunes gift cards. But I did not give them away. Is there anyway to turn this into usable money? Can I use iTunes gift cars through Apple Pay?

If the gift cards are legitimate, you may apply their value to your Apple ID balance to use for subsequent purchases from the iTunes Store, App Store, Apple Books, etc.
