Can't access developer.apple.com on wifi, but can on cellular data

Just curious, I was reading an article about WWDC that had a link to developer.apple.com, and I keep getting errors going there, but if I switch off wi-fi and use cellular data, it works. Seems like every other part of Apple's site works fine on my wi-fi except the developer section. What could be the cause of this?
