Refund
Hello, I tried to request a refund for an app that didn’t work on my phone. I sent a support message to app at first. But, they told me “However, if you are not interested in further troubleshooting, to proceed with a refund, please use the Apple App Store to request and received your refund. Unfortunately, we are unable to process this request ourselves as Apple requires that all refunds for in-app purchases go through the App Store. I apologize for the inconvenience.” Could I please request a refund? Thanks!
