No refund

I purchased an app in Appstore. After finding it not useful as I expected (within a day) I sent a request for a refund. After that, I checked and see my status of the claim is done, and the app was removed from my history list. But I still did not receive the money back. How can I contact Apple Support chat for this case? Every time I try to click on a search topic, it always does the same to redirect me to the page with not helpful at all

If your refund is approved, the funds are applied to the same payment method that you used to buy the item.


It might take up to 30 days for the statement to show the refund.


If you don't see the refund after 30 days, contact your financial institution. 
