No refund
I purchased an app in Appstore. After finding it not useful as I expected (within a day) I sent a request for a refund. After that, I checked and see my status of the claim is done, and the app was removed from my history list. But I still did not receive the money back. How can I contact Apple Support chat for this case? Every time I try to click on a search topic, it always does the same to redirect me to the page with not helpful at all
