Boot camp partition invisible; storage unaccessible

So, I installed windows 10 to my boot camp. Then it gave an apci_bios_error. So, I did some searching and a proposed solution was turning filevault off. I did just that, and it did not help.

I then proceeded to try to restore to a single partition using Boot Camp assistant, but it said I need at least 40gb to make a partition(The previous bootcamp partiton was 100gb).

Now, I cannot see the partition in disk utility, and my mac storage shows as 7 gb out of 115gb available, when the actual capacity should be 256. How do I restore to a full single partition?

Here are some diskutil responses as of right now:

No CoreStorage logical volume groups found

PS: EL is an external HDD

Run

diskutil apfs resizeContainer disk1 0g

and post the output.

What is the year/model of your Mac (do not post the serial number)?
