Showing missed call

Ok so about a week ago I noticed when I am receiving a call I automatically get a missed call notification seconds before my phone actually rings. I used my mom’s phone to call my number and it rings normally but that’s not how my phone is receiving it. So my call history looks like this now. Is there anyway to fix this?
