Missed call alert

Whenever I’m on call with one person and at the same time another person call me I’m not getting any missed call alert or on screen call

Probably call waiting isn't enabled.

SMS, MMS, WiFi Call, Call Forwarding, Call Waiting, Call Merge, Conference Call, Hotspot, VoiceMail (Visual or Normal) all are Carrier Specific features. Contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider), the agency that issued the SIM / eSIM to you.
