Yellow Patches along one side of My Macbook Pro 2017

Sometimes when I take my MacBook out of my bag and when I boot it up, I can notice that one specific edge or corner is quite yellow, and usually in most scenarios, it appears to have a yellow emphasis close to a corner, then slowly faints in colour going upwards or downwards. Can this be due to pressure/force from my bag with my books pressing against my MacBook? When I put my MacBook Pro on my table when it shut down for one night, I noticed that the yellow spots would not appear. Any definite answers to this question? Does this have anything harmful to my work or will it just change the appearance a little bit? This question hasn't been fully answered so I will post it again. I know that there are no further problems with my mac regarding malware and cpu/ram usage so i am not stressed about that anymore.

This picture is an example of the yellow patches however it sometimes can vary in spots i.e. top left corner. Is this because of the way I position my mac in my bag so the books pressurise a different area or is this a screen issue/defect for the MacBook 2017 model?

When I leave it overnight shut down on a flat surface i.e. a computer, the computer never has yellow patches but when I put it inside my bag and then an hour later for example, I take it out, the yellow patches are appearing there. They disappear in about an hours time later and all is fine. I don't think it is harmful to my entire laptop but it doesn't look good on the screen when it is visible.
