I can’t update my apps

I can’t update my apps and I can’t down load apps as well. It’s quite frustrating. I’ve tried everything from googling what I need to do, to going to the iPhone store and changing my bank details or using a different card. I am not able to see which payment is outstanding and I feel stack. Please can someone, anyone help!!!
