there is a floating white fuzzy about 2cm spot moving about on the log in page, it disappears once I am logged in.... what the heck does that mean, my computer is two years old has had no damage the moving dot just appeared about a week ago on the log in page....what to do?

It seems It's using the screensaver(?) as the background instead of your wallpaper.
Try making changes to >System Preferences>Desktops & Screen Savers
Do you say what exact Mac/model/year/size/touchbar you have there?

no it does not, it just on the log in screen.
I set the desktop to solid grey, I do not believe there was any conflict of screensaver as back ground instead of wallpaper....
