Hello ugaypatriciaandrea!

Thanks for reach out to the Apple Support Communities. Thanks for the screenshot showing us what’s occurring with the AssistiveTouch on your iPhone 5s. First, work through the steps in this article to get the screen responding again: If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't turn on or is frozen

Next, tell us if the performance issue returns. If it does, does it occur when launching the AssistiveTouch menu, moving the menu, or making a selection from the menu? Also, does your iPhone become non-responsive when you turn off AssistiveTouch? This information will help us to isolate the issue further.

This article will give you additional information about AssistiveTouch: Use AssistiveTouch on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Cheers!
