Forgot Apple ID Password

Good day! I lost the password from the old device that is tied up under my old ID access to this email is no longer 2, since it is tied to a site that no longer exists. What should I do in this situation? There is only mail and a contact phone number that is in touch. I tried to resolve the issue through password recovery, a week ago I was told to wait 13 days. A week has passed. I go again the same story for 13 days. Help me please. I need to untie my old account from the phone to transfer to the second one.

The Recovery process is an automated process. Unless you can provide the requested information, all you can do is wait. You can contact Apple ID Support if you have further questions.
