If you can't download, play, or access songs

First, check iTunes to see if the song is ineligible for upload. Additionally, if you added the song to your library from the Apple Music catalog, it might no longer be available on Apple Music.

Check your Internet connection

Open Safari on your iOS device or Mac, or a web browser on your PC, and go to any website to make sure that you have a strong Wi-Fi or Internet connection.

If you can't connect to a Wi-Fi network on your iOS device, you can try using cellular data:

  1. Go to Settings > [your name] > iTunes & App Store.
  2. Turn on Use Cellular Data.

You might have to pay a fee to download over a cellular network. Contact your wireless carrier for details, and learn about cellular data settings and usage.

Just so you know Apple isn’t answering on here. This is a user forum

I’ve not had issues downloading myself. I can only offer some other suggestions:

  • make sure you’re running the latest IOS software

  • Open the "Settings" app and go to "Music".
  • Swipe the iCloud Music Library switch off.
  • Turn off your device normally and switch it back on again.
  • Turn back on the option for iCloud Music Library and, when prompted, turn on "Enable".

My internet is good!

i don’t see the answer on my question... I’m really disappointed. Everything is good with WiFi. But earlier I could download and listen to the music OFFLINE.

i need this function. How to listen OFFLINE? I want to listen in the plane, where a don’t have internet. If I can’t, okay - I delete Apple Music and download something else.

I pay money every month for Apple Music and don’t have satisfaction. I just lose money for it....

give me please a normal answer: how to listen to music OFFLINE!
