iPhone 8 photos importing as blanks in Photos using Mojave. Why?

My iPhone 8 photos are importing into Photos as blanks. I was using Sierra so I updated to Mojave and the problem is the same. Why and how do I fix this?

Mac Photos keeps import the same photos I have annoying problem, whenever I connect my iPhone 11 Pro Max to my MacBook Pro 2017 in order to transfer new photos into my Mac Photos library, it showed about 500+ New Photos to be imported while actually I got only about 50 new photos. If I continue import these "new photos" then I have to manually delete them which I found duplicate. The 500+ photos were selected as new photos although most of them already imported into my library. Please help! Thank you

Can't Import Photos from iPhone 8S to MacBook Air I keep getting "preparing to import photos" flashing and a beep sound from my iphone, over and over. It lasts for several minutes and never imports the photos. How do I get them imported?

Photos Imported wont show in Photos feed I am facing an issue recently, and that is on my MacbookPro (Mojavi) iMac, MacPro (High Sierra). When I upload pictures from Nikon Z 7 or Sony RX100 on either machine, they show in Imports in my Photos, but they don't make it to the feed when clicking on Photos, Moments, Collections or years. They are still in imports, and I can create a folder with them where they will be, but the Photos won't show in Photos under any option. I can see that my iPhone X (latest OSX) showing in the feed as soon as taken on all devices including imports on either computer. As well the Photos on iPhone X showing the correct order of photos including imports. I have tried to repair the Photos libraries but did not affect. Anybody.....
