My watch has been working fine until recently when the screen just popped off. It has no cracks in the screen and the screen still works it just not attached to the watch anymore. Any suggestions on what’s causing my problem or fixes

Watch has not been personally damaged but told by Apple techs at store that the glue that holds top to bottom of watch has worn out. $249.00 to send it in to repair it. Very disappointed with this outcome! Seems as though that should be covered by Apple since it is in the construction of the watch but my warranty and AppleCare are outdated now so repairs are on me.

Or, you might want to upgrade to one of the newer watches.
I thought the cost would be high that's why I suggested you might want to upgrade. Sorry for your problem. I had the original watch and wore it every day and when I upgraded to the Series 4 I gave it to my Grandson, and it was in perfect condition .
Did you figure out anyway to reattach the top and bottom? Curious as I have the same problem.
