Date and calendar app date are in Spanish

On my new iPhone 6, whenever I turn it on, the lock screen date is in Spanish. The calendar app (with the day of the week and the date number), the day is also in Spanish. Nothing else is. Everything is changed in Settings - language, region, etc. I have even reset the phone, with no use.

Please could I have some help in making the date English?
